FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

HOW DO I BOOK A SHOOT?

To book a shoot, click the "Booking" tab, and choose your desired package, date, and time. Once a deposit is paid, you will receive a confirmation email securing your booking.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE BOOK?

For photoshoots, typically a minimum of 3 weeks in advance as our schedule tends to fill up quickly. For weddings, 8-12 months in advance.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

The initial deposit is collected via Square when you book a session. The remaining balance can be paid via Square or Cash; prior to or on the day of the shoot.

DO YOU TRAVEL?

Yes, there is a $.60 cent/mile fee for any locations outside of Lafayette, LA. The additional fee will be added to your remaining balance. If the location of your shoot is more than 30 miles outside of Lafayette city limits, please contact us prior to scheduling your appointment to make sure long-distance travel is available for your date.

WHAT IS YOUR TYPICAL TURNAROUND?

The typical turnaround for edits is 14 days. This timeline begins after the client submits their selection, not from the date of the shoot. Depending on the current demand, selections may be finished sooner.

CAN ADDITIONAL EDITS BE PURCHASED?

Absolutely! Additional edits can be purchased for $20 per edit.

DO YOU PROVIDE PRINTS?

Yes we do! When your gallery is delivered, you will be able to order prints from our online shop. These include prints, canvases, framed and standout prints, and so much more.
